Functions:

Installation:
1) Copy the ApocServ.dll into cstrike/dlls
2) Edit the link to the DLL in liblist.gam:
gamedll "dlls/mp.dll" to gamedll "dlls/apocserv.dll" (Don't remove original mp.dll)
3) (Re)start your dedicated server
4) Setup a new password with: sc_password "yourpassword"
5) Players auth with sc_auth "yourpassword" and type in sc_help for a list

This works only for Windows:
If there is any interest for a linux library
