[Features]
God Mode = NUMPAD0 (Toggle)
No Cops = NUMPAD1 (Toggle)
No Recoil = NUMPAD2 (Toggle)
No Spread = NUMPAD3 (Toggle)
Inf. Ammo = NUMPAD4 (Toggle)

You can see whether the features are enabled in the console window of the cheat.

To avoid issues run an injector of your choice as admin and GTA V also as admin.

Launch GTA v and inject it.
