Updated for Hotline Miami DLC

v1.5 -----> v1.6(HOTLINE MIAMI FIX UPDATE)
- Removed Disable Anti-Cheats from persist and made it into a toggle to allow for more control (LOCATED IN F4 - MISSION MENU)
- Removed XP Multiplier from being auto run and made it into a toggle (LOCATED IN F10 - PREGAME MENU, ACTIVATED IN LOADOUT SCREEN)
- Removed Grenade Restrict from being auto and made it into a toggle (LOCATED IN F10 - PREGAME MENU, ACTIVATED IN LOADOUT SCREEN)
- Removed the word 'Toggle' from all toggle options
- Fixed Error in NUMPAD SPAWN MENU
- Fixed Crash due to Weapon tweaks
- Moved Pager Answer to Numpad Delete
- Added Restart Job to Numpad Divide
- Added New Melee Weapons
