Installation Instructions:
1) Copy ALL Files and Folders in the Payday 2 Game Directory (Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PAYDAY 2)
2) Run Payday 2, Become a MVP

- Removed carry limits from being auto and is now a Toggle (F1 - PLAYER MENU)
- Anti-Cheats is now disabled by default and can still toggle on/off
- Overhaul to Inventory Menu
- Behind the scene clean up, fixes, additions
- Halloween GUI theme
- Added Separate bar codes for Hotline Miami to inventory menu
- Added Open All Crates to F4 Mission Manipulator Menu
