It's a internal cheat made in c++, it hooks DirectX 9 using the same method as Open Broadcaster Software. Nothing fancy but it works fine. The ESP draws players and zombies (I haven't worked on filters, I just went from displaying everything to only Players and Zombies to do some raycast tests). INFO:
