The noclip is still glitchy because I don't have the velocity offsets and velocity keeps calculating while you're flying. In short, you'll hit the ground at 1000 km/h when you'll land.

This is for beta patch 103718.

The whole thing is poorly written an unoptimized since I wasn't planning on releasing it. It's merely just a testing tool for my reverse engineering stuff. It should work fine though.
