Do not use it while in the lobby. Once you are in the barracks, start the trainer, press the numpad keys that you want (1-4), then exit the trainer. If you selected all of the options, then if you simply get 1 kill in the match, 1 headshot, take out 1 aircraft and win the match, you will get at least 25,000 XP.
