This is a new evil mod that has many features, which are very evil.

Controls:
F1 = Toggle menu
Numpad+ = Spawn explosions on all players (you can hold this one down to keep spawning explosions)
Numpad- = Delete closest cars
Numpad* = Delete closest objects

Added 3 new objects to attach to people.
Added support for EFLC.

NOTES:
-To install this mod, copy all of the files contained in this zip file and then install the latest .NET Framework and DirectX SDK (google them for links).

-If the mod doesn't work, try installing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 by going to this link (Only registered and activated users can see links.).
Only install the x86 version, as it is the only one required.
DirectX might also be the problem, you can google the link for that one.
