Darkstorm 2014 Base

Fixed typo in panels.cpp

* Migrated from code style to IDA style signatures. (learn_mode)
* Added Forza's "faster" method of scanning a module.
* Updated signatures and vfunc offsets.
* Fixed the use of PBOOL causing problems with stock builds in Hooked_WriteUserCmdDeltaToBuffer.
