Note: It will only draw boxes on enemy infantry and cross-faction vehicles such as Sunderers, Harassers, etc.

v1.2 - Cross-faction vehicles will now have white boxes around them. MAXs will have a label. Added another version for those who dislike boxes around cross-faction vehicles.

 This doesn't do anything, only open and close a CMD windows
