It doesn't matter if the game is already running or not. However it is recommended that the hack will be started before the game! Setup Start the cheat and select "Setup" from the Tray-Popup. (this does not work for windows 7 users, for now. A fix is maybe coming!) You can adjust all important cvars there. To modify a cvar while being in the game you may use the built-in console. The naming of all cvars equals the naming of the cvars located in the .ini file provided with the executables.
