Extract to your "Steam\steamapps\common\blacklightretribution\Blacklight Retribution\Live\Binaries\Win32" folder, run loader.exe and it'll start the game. It might crash a bit. Press the left arrow key on your keyboard to toggle chams. This program contains engine texture chams, "no"- recoil, clientside nospread. Known issues(AKA features!!!): Chams may only display hardsuit weakspots, may only display lower leggings, may be hard to distinguish visibility, ... Noticeable recoil on first bullet.
