This mod requires the latest GTA V patch and the latest version of Alexander Blade's ScripthookV plugin. 
1.Download 'Halloween'
2.Download ScriptHook V  Only registered and activated users can see links.
3.Using winRAR open the ScriptHook .rar file and Copy ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll  to the game's main folder, i.e. where GTA5.exe is located. 
4.Using winRAR open the HalloweenMenu.rar file and copy the .asi file to the game's main folder, i.e. where GTA5.exe is located. 
5.Launch The game (Story Mode, not ONLINE ) and once In Game..

Must Have Num Lock On!

Keyboard:

Open: F5
Select : Numpad 5 
Scroll Up: Numpad 8 
Scroll Down: Numpad 2 
Back : Numpad 0 

Gamepad:

Open: R3 (RS) (Right Analog stick) + Dpad left 
Up: Dpad Up (If you press it twice quickly it will bring up the phone, so navigate a bit slower)
Down: Dpad Down
Left: Dpad Left
Right: Dpad Right
Select: A 
Back: B

Other Controls:

Vehicle Weapons: Numpad + 

Speed Boost: 

Foward: Numpad 9 

Stop: Numpad 3
