It is working here are all infos to make it work:
1. Set Cs:Go under gamesettings to Fullscreen Window!
2. Extract the Winrar data (you musst install winrar)
3. Rightclick on the .exe and go to propeties>compatibility>compatibility mode >            Windows 7
4.Run the .exe and press ingame f9 or delete

And then, play save.  don't over kill 40+ in the match.
