Yes it runs like a macro and takes controls of the keyboard/mouse out of game without running any scripts in game. Cannot be VAC'ed and Overwatch wouldn't ban someone for fast trigger finger.

You can definitely disable the features, you just have to be in-game when you do it. If you do not minimize the program you are able to have it over top of CS GO. UNDETECTED
