To do this open call of duty then ctrl+alt+del and force quit the cod4 iwmp3.exe process this way when OSI tries to load the exe after injecting the dll, cod 4 asks whether to reset some setting or something, this gives OSI time to inject the dll.

When this happens donâ€â„¢t say no till OSI says the dll has been injected, wait a few seconds. Then click on no (or yes, I havenâ€â„¢t tried yes but it should work)

Then itâ€â„¢ll load the game and if you press the delete key youâ€â„¢ll get the menu

You can avoid the crash when you select features from the menu BEFORE joining server. Use stealth injector and inject at startup not in game.
