Numpad 2 - Toggle Menu Rendering
Numpad 8/5 - Up & Down
Numpad 4/5 - Left & Right

Don't forget to enable numlock. Laptops users will need to figure out how to enable the numpad keys.

Before you use this, you must do the following.

1. Make sure your punkbuster client is up to date

2. Open the .dll with a hex editor

3. Search for "XXXXX"

4. Replace the XXX characters with random letters and numbers

Don't forget to actually save and erase the old copy.

5. Rename the .dll file to a random name

That's it. Do all of that, not just a few steps -- do everything.
