Radar will draw all criminals and enforcers when the player is not in a mission. If the player gets into a mission the radar will only show players on the same mission. Other players that get bounty will always be shown regardless of mission status. If the player gets bounty all players will be drawn regardless of mission status. Requirements: Game needs to be in window mode! Start the loader with admin or it might crash! Start the game first and then start the loader when the game launched fully or it will crash!
