Updated to v1.5, Ensure Stabilty, Fixed Crashes in v1.4

Installation Instructions:

1) Copy ALL Files and Folders in the Payday 2 Game Directory (Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PAYDAY 2)
2) Run Payday 2, Become a MVP

v1.4 -----> v1.5 (SORRY FOR THE RAPID RELEASE, WANT TO ENSURE STABILITY)
- Added Carry Checks to Pager Answer and Ultimate Kill, If carrying it will drop the bag (Avoids Deleting Current Bag Your Carrying)
- Added A mass list of colors for lasers and flash lights
- Added Add Items to Inventory In PreGame Menu
- Added Remove ! Mark from inventory to PreGame menu
- Added more options to remove items from inventory
- Fixed No Job Heat causing crashes when joining a WatchDogs game
- Fixed Minor error in Revive Player
- Fixed random crash from rain bags
- Fixed Minor error in grenade restricton
- Fixed Interaction Menu Chat Messages
- Fixed Board Up Windows Causing you to interact with anything
- Few other fixes
