Tried to give this a go to no avail on Windows 10 x64.

Installed C++ Runtime 2013, x86 and x64
Ran in Win 7 compatibility mode
Ran as administrator

No dice,

Throws the following error :

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows".
 
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
 

The only thing I didn't do is install QT, but I don't think this would help. Assume this is something to do with libraries other than the ones stated missing?
