when you change settings.ini go in-game Press F9 to reload the setting
or exit the hack & modify settings.ini as u like & start the hack

When I press the F9 in-game.. it makes a sound like a Beep.

Once you unpack the .rar, you'll see a file named Config.ini. Open it, and choose between 0 and 1. (Active = 0; means it's disabled). Close it, open the executable and there you go.
Regarding the 'beep', when you're in game and modifying the Config.ini just press F9 to reload the tool without reopening it again. Easy.
