Beschreibung:
*FIRST TWO STEPS ARE VERY IMPORTANT*

1. Open Start (Windows-Key) search for "PowerShell.exe" without the quotes, right click it and click "Run as administrator".

2. Type this command:
set-executionpolicy -executionpolicy bypass
Press enter.

And then it will ask you to type something so type: Y
Press enter.

3. Extract the PowerShell file from the RAR.

4. Right click the file and click "Run with PowerShell".

5. It may ask you in the first time something about execution policy just press "A" and press Enter if you don't have the option "A" type "Y" and press Enter. (Without quotes please)
